Breath Easy Blend
basil leaf, elderflower, eucalyptus, cinnamon bark, thyme.
Great to sooth common colds, sinusitus, ashma, croup and other respiratory issues.
This is a mixture of herbs to open up your airways and cleanse your sinuses. Simply boil the kettle, fill your fabric bag or place 1-2 tablespoons of the dried matter into a large bowl. Leave the mixture to infuse and cool for 5-10 mins. Leave a towel over the bowl to retain the steam. Place your face above the bowl and breath the steam in through your nose and out through your mouth. Do this five times then alternate by breathing in through your mouth and out through nose. Come out of towel for regular breaths as much as you need and to avoid feeling light headed.
